2.1 Enrollment Process

Enrollment is complete upon receipt of full payment or initial deposit. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of successful enrollment.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Payment plan installments are due on the same date each month. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of course access.

2.4 Late Payments

If a payment plan installment is more than 7 days overdue, we reserve the right to suspend your access to course materials until payment is received. A late fee of £25 may be applied to payments over 14 days late.

3.1 Access Period

Students who complete payment receive lifetime access to all course materials, including updates and improvements made after enrollment.

3.2 Live Sessions

Live sessions are held twice weekly (Tuesday & Thursday, 7pm GMT). All sessions are recorded and available for 48 hours after the live session. Students are expected to attend at least 80% of live sessions to be eligible for the Interview Guarantee.

3.3 Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, code, documents, and resources, are the intellectual property of Learnfinity Ltd. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials without written permission.

3.4 Account Sharing

Course access is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4.1 Participation

Students are expected to actively participate in the course, complete assignments, and engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students.

4.2 Code of Conduct

Students must:

• Treat all participants with respect and professionalism
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Complete all assignments honestly without plagiarism
• Maintain confidentiality of other students' personal information

4.3 Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment (computer, internet connection) and meeting minimum technical requirements to participate in the course.

5.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Students may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment for any reason. After 7 days, refunds are subject to our Interview Guarantee policy only.

5.2 Interview Guarantee

Students who complete all program requirements and apply to 50+ jobs may be eligible for a 50% refund if they do not receive at least 3 interviews within 2 months of completion. See our full Refund Policy for details.

6.1 Completion Requirements

To successfully complete the program, students must:

• Complete all 5 portfolio projects to a satisfactory standard
• Attend at least 80% of live sessions (or watch recordings within 48 hours)
• Participate in final project presentation

6.2 Certificate of Completion

Students who meet all completion requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion. This certificate verifies participation and completion but does not constitute formal accreditation or professional certification.

7.1 No Employment Guarantee

While we provide job search support and an Interview Guarantee, Learnfinity does not and cannot guarantee employment. Job placement depends on many factors including market conditions, individual effort, and qualifications.

7.2 Course Content

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but technology evolves rapidly. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or outdated information in course materials.

7.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from your enrollment shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the course.

9.1 By Student

You may discontinue your participation at any time, subject to our refund policy. Paid tuition is non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee period unless you qualify for the Interview Guarantee.

9.2 By Learnfinity

We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment immediately without refund if you:
