How it works

Four steps, starting with one pilot session

Every engagement starts small: one team, one session, built on your own work. You decide what happens next once you've seen it.

The process

  1. 1

    A 15-minute call

We talk about the team, the work they do and where they lose time or need skills. If a session wouldn't help, we'll say so.

  2. 2

    Two anonymised examples

You send two anonymised examples of the work, such as report types, a process or a description of your systems. We tailor the session to them.

  3. 3

    A live online session

A hands-on session with up to 12 people from your team, built on the examples you sent.

  4. 4

    A follow-up review

We review how it went with you, and set out options for further groups or ongoing support.

What you send, and when

  • After the call: two anonymised examples of the work, about a week before the session
  • For technical training: a short description of the tools and services your team uses
  • Before the day: the list of attendees and the video platform you'd like to use

We never need personal data. See data and security.

What happens on the day

  • A live online session, half a day for most pilots
  • Hands-on exercises using your own anonymised examples
  • Time for questions about your team's real situations
  • Notes and materials shared with the team afterwards

After the session

In the follow-up review we look at what worked and what the team needs next. Options include the same session for further groups, a follow-on such as the report drafting sprint, or ongoing monthly support. There is no obligation to continue.

Payment

A fixed price, agreed up front before you commit. We invoice on agreed terms.

Start with one pilot session for one team

A 15-minute call is enough to tell whether a session would help, and what it should cover.
