Our commitment

Learnfinity Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML structure throughout the platform
  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
  • Keyboard navigable interface: all interactive elements are focusable
  • Responsive design that works across screen sizes and devices
  • Form labels and input descriptions for screen readers
  • Alt text on images where applicable
  • Clear, consistent navigation patterns
  • No content that flashes more than three times per second

Known limitations

  • Some interactive charts (Recharts) may not be fully accessible to screen readers: we provide text-based alternatives where possible
  • The drag-and-drop kanban board requires mouse interaction, quick-move buttons are provided as an alternative
  • Some third-party embedded content (YouTube, Zoom) may have its own accessibility limitations

Assistive technologies

The platform has been tested with modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and is designed to work with screen readers including NVDA, VoiceOver, and JAWS.
